Jordas grew up in a real estate family environment; from an early age he was exposed to his parent’s real estate dealings helping out and learning the renovation ropes. By high school, the sales habit had already been ingrained, and he knew that real estate was more than a passion—it was a career he wanted to pursue as either an investor, sales agent, or both.
Before jumping into the real estate business in Naples, Jordas graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Business Management, moving on to work in a Fortune 500 company as General Manager, operating stores that generated between $16m to $20m a year in revenue.
This retail management background instilled a strong customer service ethos in Jordas and a belief that clear communication between all parties results in the best outcome—and that nobody should leave negotiations without a solution—or at least an option. This focus on world-class customer service is combined with confidence when managing large sums of money for smooth transactions.
Jordas is married to his beautiful wife Fatima, with whom he has a daughter, Jiana. As an enthusiastic family man and member of the community, you can find him out enjoying cars, playing sports and fishing.
